LinkedIn is a feed, not a directory. Marketplaces race to the bottom. Personal sites are invisible without SEO budget. SurfedIn is a public, searchable directory for independent consultants, builders, and solopreneurs. You are found through the quality of your work — not your posting frequency. Public profiles. Real rates. LinkedIn sign-in. Every page indexed by Google and AI. No algorithm, no DMs, no noise.

Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built SurfedIn because I kept hitting the same wall: independent consultants and builders have nowhere neutral to be found.
LinkedIn became a feed — you perform or you're invisible. Upwork and Fiverr are race-to-the-bottom marketplaces. A personal site is invisible without an SEO budget. And asking "do you know someone who…" in WhatsApp groups doesn't scale.
SurfedIn is a clean, public directory. You sign in with LinkedIn — verified identity, no fake profiles — build your page, list your rates and projects, and let Google and AI do the rest. Every profile is a real indexed URL. No algorithm decides who gets seen.
It's free to list. No DMs, no messaging, no noise. If someone finds you, they reach out the way you actually want to be reached.
Would love to know: if you're an independent, what's your current biggest frustration with being discovered online?
