Support #BlackLivesMatter: Donation service for fundraisers linked to #BlackLivesMatter

This website was created by The CodeDdraig Organisation, a UK-based nonprofit that teaches children web development – a partially unrelated cause. However, as an organisation, we firmly believe that racism has no place in society, and are thoroughly disgusted at the consistent silence of several governments around the world regarding this issue, as well as the awful actions of numerous police forces in the US and worldwide. We wanted to recognise the crucial importance of taking an active stand against racism and discrimination. Our aim with this website is to make it as simple as possible for people to make a contribution against racism – there are many amazing fundraisers, and many people who are more than willing to donate money. This website helps organise fundraisers so that users can find important causes easier. Plus, by uploading money to a balance in one go, it allows users to split their money between multiple fundraisers by choosing the proportion of their balance they'd like to donate. The CodeDdraig Organisation takes 0% commissions on all donations made, and we've reduced the minimum donation to $0.50/£0.50/€0.50, to ensure that everyone can make a contribution with even small amounts of money. Of course, we're open to adding new charities and fundraisers to the site – if you know a cause related to the #BlackLivesMatter movement that you would like to add, please email blm@codedragon.org.
