After a year of running the bounty and grant programs for SuperteamDAO, our team got to talk to literally hundreds of Web3 contributors and founders. We kept hearing the same two pain points over and over again:
Problem #1: Finding bounties, grants, and jobs in crypto is really time consuming. Freelancers and full-timers alike needed to spend hours scrolling Discord and Twitter, hoping to come across the right opportunity for their skills.
Problem #2: Finding talent was incredibly difficult for founders. Whether they needed to fill a 3 day contract or a full-time position, it was painful to identify who was trustworthy and who was not.
At Superteam, we’re all about helping people learn, earn, and build in Web3. So we created Superteam Earn to solve both of these problems.
First, we put everything in one place and put an easy-to-use UI around it. This (we hope) will save talent the pain of having to manually search for scattershot opportunities.
Second, we created an on-chain resume we’re calling Proof of Work NFTs. Every time you complete a bounty or grant through Superteam Earn, your Proof of Work NFT will dynamically update to reflect the work you’ve done. This is a verifiable, on-chain signal to any future employers or collaborators that you know what you’re doing.
Third, the platform has support for escrowed smart contracts that enables trust by ensuring that the employer is sincere and capable of compensating for work, as advertised.
We have millions of dollars of opportunities on the platform already, and are excited for more Solana founders to add their opportunities as well.

@yankovichv Mixture of manual selection and scraping - plus we do the manual review for what appears on our front-end.
But since the entire database of earning opportunities is on-chain, anyone else can build their front-end on top of the dataset (permissionlessly!) if they don't like the way that we review things
