Managing property usually involves multiple dusty folders, a dozen frantic WhatsApp threads with family members, and a silent prayer that you didn't lose the original Sale Deed from ten years ago. We’ve all been there, searching for a specific Tax Receipt while at a government office, realizing it’s sitting on a hard drive back home.
Superplot was born out of that exact frustration. It’s a private, "aesthetic" vault designed specifically for HNIs with multiple properties to manage their real estate portfolio without the mess.
The Problem
Most property owners either rely on messy physical folders or generic cloud storage where documents get "lost" in subfolders. There’s no easy way to see a "Documentation Score" for your property or quickly check if you’re missing an Encumbrance Certificate or a RERA document. These are challenges because when you're trying to sell these properties, or rent them out, or otherwise pass them on to your heirs, these documents are fundamental.
How Superplot Fixes This
We built a dashboard that brings order to the chaos while keeping your data private and in your control:
Your Drive, Your Data: We don't store your documents. Superplot connects to your own Google Drive (with limited scope), meaning the app only sees what you upload through it.
Geographic-Specific Logic: We’ve mapped out 15 critical Indian document types (Sale Deeds, Pahani/ROR, EC, Building Permissions) so you know exactly what’s missing from your portfolio. We want to expand this to a US-context next.
AI-Powered Portfolio Intelligence: Using our AI, you can literally "chat" with your properties. Ask things like "What was the purchase price of the Delhi flat?" or "Summarize the lease terms for the villa." If you want more data privacy, there's a Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) functionality which makes sure all the data processing happens in your choice and instance of AI model.
Family-First RBAC: Invite family members as contributors or view-only users so everyone is on the same page (literally).
