I came in expecting a dictation tool and stayed for the assistant. I use it all day: dictating into any text field, highlight-and-correct on messy text, and increasingly just talking to it to get things done in whatever app I'm already in — summarise a Slack thread, draft a reply, tidy a paragraph in place.

What I like most is that the dictation is fully on-device and genuinely fast — nothing leaves the machine — and yet it doesn't stop at dictation the way most voice tools do. It's screen-aware and cross-app, so it acts where I'm working instead of trapping me in a chat window.

I was a WisprFlow subscriber and I've cancelled it — Super Voice Mode is that good. WisprFlow nailed dictation, but that's where it stopped for me. Super Voice Mode gives me the same quality of capture plus an assistant that's screen-aware, cross-app, and on-device. Once one tool does both, paying for the narrower one stopped making sense.
