Hey Hunters! 👋 I'm the maker of SunshinePal. I built this app because I realized I was spending days glued to my screen, wrecking my sleep schedule and feeling "off." I learned that getting morning sunlight is one of the best ways to fix your circadian rhythm, but I had no way to measure if I was getting enough. I discovered that the Apple Watch (Series 6+) actually has sensors to detect "Time in Daylight," but the data is hidden deep in the Health app. SunshinePal brings that data to life. It makes tracking sunlight as addictive as closing your fitness rings.
