@manu_goel2 Thanks Manu, maybe some day.
what a painful problem to solve! i've seen this challenge come up a few times and it's so painful at an already painful time

@jason_chernofsky Thanks Jason, you are absolutely correct.
Awesome idea. What’s one thing about early usage or development that’s surprised you?

@dustinlocke Thanks! The biggest surprise is that we ALWAYS find something the family didn't know about. Usually a retirement account that had been forgotten, or a bank account that never transferred.
That is actually a great idea! It can be a mess to do these things manually and can use a lot of your time. Would be happy to see this being successful and maybe someday an international version?

@raigeki Working on this outside of the US would be so much fun. I'd definitely have to learn a lot about how the financial system and the probate/estate process works to build a great version of Sunset outside the US, but I'd love that challenge.
Such an important and thoughtful tool. Sunset brings clarity and compassion to a difficult process — helping families handle financial matters with less stress and more confidence when it’s needed most.
Love this so much. Would have helped a ton with a family member who passed a few years back.

@trevmckendrick So sorry for your loss, hopefully you don't need Sunset any time soon!
Awesome idea, hope I never need it!
Semi related, does this also cancel subscriptions/debts that may no longer apply after death?
Like the deceased shouldnt be charged for their Netflix account anymore, right?
I take it Sunset will freeze accounts/credit cards as part of your process?

@gpespn This is such an interesting question because we originally thought that customers would really want that, turns out they don't! Of course, all of that needs to be done eventually, but we've found that all families want to handle debts on their own time and in their own way. We've instead focused on moving accounts and assets (instead of debts).
