I created Submark for my university's computer science project and decided to turn it into a business. The idea came to me during my internship. One of my jobs was to expand the company's online reach. It would be great to have targeted custom audiences on Facebook and Google I can serve ads to, so I created Submark to do just that. How do we use our product? Our system identifies people that use ad management tools and cookies them while they browse the internet. We then serve them ads promoting Submark. To celebrate our launch, ProductHunt users will get 50% off all our plans.

I attempted to purchase a subscription. I was charged but the dashboard showed I still have not subscribed, and I have no way of unsubscribing. I contacted the company and no response TWICE. Do not purchase this product until they fix this issue.
