I’ve been working on my mobile app for years now. While it’s a paid app, I strongly believe it should be accessible and affordable for everyone. That’s why, from the very first day of monetization, I set up custom global pricing.

But anyone who’s tried setting this up in App Store Connect will agree that this process is… not fun (to be civil). Researching which price should go to which country, entering 175 values one by one, dealing with a UI that slows down with every dropdown (and sometimes doesn’t even save your changes!). And when you want to run price experiments or create a new subscription group - you have to do it all over again. Not fun indeed.

To make things more bearable, I started building some automation scripts. Over the past two years, I’ve noticed more and more people in the industry advocating for price localization, so I decided to take my tooling, polish it up, and turn it into a web app.

Easier said than done, but after maaany cups of coffee, SubKeep was born.

With SubKeep, you can:
- Apply built-in or custom price indexes to all countries in one click
- Edit prices manually much faster
- Duplicate subscriptions or IAPs
- Group countries into lists for more focused pricing
...and a few other tweaks to make the workflow less frustrating.

Right now it supports App Store only, but since most of these problems exist on Google Play as well, I’m working on adding the same features for it too.
