I've been using Subframe for the past few months and it has saved me hundreds of hours on frontend work. Before Subframe I had to do a ton of guesswork around what kind of tailwind css classes to use when translating design to code. And my background is in engineering not design, so I honestly found Subframe's editor easier to learn than Figma.

We have been using subframe for a couple of months now and have the following observations. We started out looking for something that helps create designs from scratch: read scribble to mocks. There were a lot of promising demos but the tools we tried weren’t up to scratch yet. The mocks lacked a level of fidelity that we would want to use in production. Also, each new mock/frame that you iterate on wouldn’t have common user affordances to the previous ones. Enter subframe. We got started with really solid templates. And collaborating on designs on the tool and translating them to actual code was a breeze. The design language was uniform. We believe in small and empowered teams and this has been a huge contributor in that direction.
