One thing that would be really helpful is a public roadmap or changelog so users can see what agents and voice features are coming next. It would build more trust and honestly make it easier to plan integrations around your releases.

A public roadmap is definitely something we're planning. We want to be transparent about what we're building—from AI agents and voice systems to automation workflows—and make it easier for developers to plan around upcoming releases.
We're also working on a changelog so users can track improvements and new features as they ship. Thanks for the feedback—it reinforces that this should be a priority.

Really curious about the voice systems piece. One thing that would help is a sandbox or playground where I can test the agents with sample calls or workflows before committing to integration. A free tier with limited monthly agent runs would also make it easier to evaluate fit for small projects without sales calls.

A limited free tier for experimenting with voice agents is also on our roadmap, and feedback like yours helps us prioritize it.

honestly the agentic stuff sounds promising, would love to see a visual workflow builder or at least a way to inspect what the agent is doing step by step. debugging autonomous systems is kind of a nightmare without that kind of transparency right now
