Every resource teaches you to code. None of them put you inside a production incident with someone who actually knows what they are doing. That is the gap between knowing syntax and getting hired. Studias closes it. Three AI mentors built on Claude ask you questions instead of handing you answers. Real incidents. Memory leaks. Race conditions. JWT vulnerabilities. N+1 queries modeled after Netflix, Meta, and Amazon patterns. You either solve it or you do not. No ambiguity.

This is a really strong idea - learning through real incidents is much closer to actual engineering work 👏
A few thoughts:
• mentor/AI guidance quality will be critical (too vague or too direct breaks the experience)
• hard to scale realistic incidents without strong backend + data design
• lack of feedback loops (tracking improvement over time) could limit retention
Big opportunity in:
adaptive scenarios + performance analytics + smarter AI mentors that adjust to skill level
If you’re open, I’d love to collaborate - I’m a full-stack dev with AI/data experience, and this feels like a product where solid system design + AI can really make it stand out.
Great concept, lots of potential 🚀
