Structured is a visual day planner, which combines calendars and to-do lists into an easy-to-use interface. You can schedule tasks with a few taps, see their progress throughout the day and tick them off once you are done.

Hey Product Hunt! I'm Leo, a student from Germany. Around 1.5 years ago I set out to build a simple and easy-to-use visual day planner, without the clutter and complexity of other task management apps. After 4 months of development, I launched the first version of Structured. Structured combines calendars with to-do lists into a simple timeline of your day. You can split your day into small chunks and create tasks for everything you need to do. Each task has a starting time and duration and fills up while it's running to give a visual indication of its progress. Once a task is complete, you get the satisfaction of crossing it off the list. Now I'm proud to finally release Structured 2.0. It's packed with new features and improvements, here are the biggest ones: + Inbox: A place to keep all your tasks, which do not yet have a time and day. + Reminders Import: Apple Reminders can now be automatically imported into the new Inbox (Pro Feature). + Notes and Subtasks: The redesigned task editor now gives you the option to add notes and subtasks to your tasks. + More recurring options: You can now set an end to your repeating events and choose to only repeat them every X days, weeks, or months (Pro Feature). + Global color theme: Finally you can choose your favorite color throughout the app! Some features are locked behind a one-time payment (~$5). Here are 5 promo codes to unlock this for free: TELYPAAM6F77 4YTH977YWELT A7RPYXA6NWYF NK6RKEY9W4JL (used) P9AW466PMM73 (used) (Let me know if you used one, so I can cross it off the list) Let me know what you think of my app and how you plan your busy day! Looking forward to your feedback! ~ Leo

love this app! I found it on the app store and downloaded it! Love the UI, customization settings, features and most of the simplicity of the app. Also, the ?makers are pretty cool too! I can tell they put their heart in this app! It's fun to use and reminds me of what i have to do without being naggy and tells me when I have gaps in time and makes it easy to plan. Love the notes and subtasks features too! Keep up the great work with

I really like the integration of tasks and calendars. Can you import multiple calendars into this?
Leo Mehlig
@dawn_veltri1 Thanks 😊 You can choose which calendars to import from in the settings. Basically every calendar that is visible in the Apple Calendar app can be imported...

This is a great product. I’m just wondering how to deal with the planned tasks that didn’t get done but still need to happen… do they stay visible on the remaining time left in the day until marked done?
Leo Mehlig
@helencrozier Thanks a lot, Helen! Right now they just stay there, but one of the next things I want to tackle is making the plan more flexible (easily adjust the time if you fall behind) and improving the planning process (like moving all uncompleted tasks to a special place, where they can be scheduled again)
Helen Crozier
@leomehlig fab... sounds great. Is there a place to sign up so we know about updates or will you just put them on social?
Leo Mehlig
@helencrozier Will definitely post it on social media!
