I found exceptional customer service with StringeeX. It is very easy to use that I can always use it to manage customer support and transfer tickets between teams. When customers interact with us in any channel such as Hotline, Video Call, Social, Livechat, we can answer them immediately. I like StringeeX because of its tools need for an effective customer support management. Highly recommend if you want to find a omminchannel contact center.

StringeeX is a very extensive and comprehensive communications platform in the cloud. It has literally everything you need to start a company's inbound and outbound communications system from absolutely zero, or to revamp an existing local PBX system to use Cloud-based capabilities.

Stringee Omnichannel system, StrineeX is just an exception. With an increase in customers whom we have at heart, their care was the real deal and here comes StringeeX. We use Stringee APIs to build voice call and video call for our Mobile App. This allows our users to call from app to app directly via Internet. Call quality is very good. I am satisfied most with fast respoding customer support of Stringee. Highly recommend for Startups.
