I had really high hopes for Stridist. I've used a number of coaching apps and none of them tick all the boxes. It seems Stridist did, but I should have know that to be too good to be true. This app has done nothing but make it more difficult for me to deliver my coaching service. Simple things, such as the app not sending notifications of messages make it incredibly difficult to deliver a professional and seamless service. I run into roadblocks at every turn with this app, and as much as the customer support team are prompt in their responses to queries and complaints, they don't actually rectify anything, just ask an endless stream of questions. If you're serious about offering a quality service to your clients then do no use this app. I really can't stress this enough. Don't make the same mistake I did. These apps should make life easier for coaches and clients and it does the complete opposite. Spreadsheets would be preferable.

Extremely disappointed with Stridist and the user experience, as a coach who had a current platform and coaching business it was important to me to have a smooth transition of migrating current clients, information and programmes across to the platform which was offered on launch as a one off cost, there was little to no communication around this and what was happening and still hasn't been completed months down the line whilst I've still been paying for the platform for up to 50 clients to house my current clients. I've had to email to ask for updates which has been promised a daily update on progress but again nothing has changed / happened and I am still in the same situation. It's a shame because the platform itself has a lot of amazing features that others don't but the experience has been terrible.

What a difference a few months makes. I’m editing the review I did for Stridist a while ago from 5 star to 1. Iv been a user since the platform went live, gave a great review early as there seemed to be great vision from Stridist but they bit off more than they could chew. Constant any issues. Too long to even write in here but I’m going out of my way to change this review as I’m experiencing another disaster, Iv been kicked out of the platform and unable to get back in for nearly 24 hours with no explanation, totally left in the dark and I have programming and onboards to do. Iv a ton of clients that need apologising to which I’ll be ensuring Stridist do instead of myself. I cannot tell you a single month where iv paid my money and held up my end of the deal and Stridist has come through and done there’s, never been a good month for me. Sad as I bought into the person who made it.

I have previously signed up for and used a number of online coaching platforms and Stridist blows all of them out of the water. It has an incredible feature list, allows you to load content in multiple forms and has a very easy to use backend. The client experience on the front end is seamless and simple to use unlike many of its competitors. The great thing about this online coaching platform is it will only keep improving, as it owned and operated by a team of people who strive for customer satisfaction and genuinely operate their businesses through referral.

Watch out for these scammers! I wanted to cancel my subscription, and after reaching out to support and that Sukh guy multiple times, I had to phone my bank to block them after they erased all of my messages on Instagram asking them to cancel the monthly payments. Avoid at all costs!!
