I made StressCalc to save myself time, and banish math in the gym. Now, I want to share it with the world to help other beginner powerlifters. Transitioning to RPE was daunting. It required math. It required a change in pace. I was comfortable using percentages and other ways of calculating weight I needed to use. This app helped me transition into RPE training and finally make excellent long term progress.
