Most workout apps remember what you lifted. StrengthIQ works out what to lift next: today's weight and reps for every exercise, computed from your own history, plus warm-ups, deload weeks and live Apple Watch sync. No account needed.

Hi Product Hunt 👋
StrengthIQ developer here. I built StrengthIQ because my training log could tell me everything about what I had already done and nothing about what to do next. I would stand in front of a rack doing arithmetic on last week's numbers.
So the app does that part. Every exercise shows a target for today, weight and reps, computed from your own logged history. Around it: warm-up ramps built from your working weight, deload weeks when a lift stalls, alternates when your machine is taken, and a suggestion that will update your saved template for you in one tap.
Two deliberate decisions:
There is no AI in the app. The progression rules are written as plain-English specs with worked examples, and every worked example is a test in the codebase. When it tells you to add 2.5 kg, there is a rule you can read that produced that number. In a category currently full of "AI coaches", being able to explain the maths felt more useful than being able to claim magic.
It is yours. No account, because there is no server to hold one. Everything lives on your device, with optional sync through your own private iCloud. Import from Strong or Hevy, export CSV whenever you want out.
There is also a full Apple Watch app that runs a workout on its own or mirrors your phone live in both directions, and it was by far the hardest thing to get right.
Free to use. Logger, charts, PRs and the Watch app cost nothing. Premium ($3.99/mo, $39.99/yr, 7-day free trial) adds the planning engine.
This is a complete rebuild of a first version I was not happy with, so I would genuinely like the criticism. What would make you switch tracker?
