I served as project manager to develop StreetPlan.net - a Public Private Partnership between agencies in Utah and my firm, UrbanInnovators.com. They wanted a free tool where urban planners could create roadway scenarios and stakeholders could then modify or create their own scenarios during meetings. Just right-click to create anything you want. Even if you're not an urban planner, use it to change a road you hate into one you love, then share the before after with friends, then go to city council and get them to do it! For planners and engineers, this has high resolution graphics that you can put into planning documents, no strings attached (other than citing StreetPlan.net as the source of the graphic).
