Streaks was Product of the Day here back in 2015, and this is our new app, Streaks Strokes, for indoor rowing on iPhone and Apple Watch.
I’ve always struggled with running due to flat feet and sore knees, and rowing has been a great alternative that’s much easier on my joints. What I like most is that once you start rowing, you don’t have to do anything else. Your Apple Watch automatically starts tracking it, and it’s all saved to Apple Health when you finish.
If you’ve got a Concept2 rower with a PM5, the app connects over Bluetooth and sets up the workout on the monitor, and your heart rate even shows up on the PM5’s screen. If your rower doesn't have connectivity, we've built it so your Apple Watch counts your strokes instead based on your movement.
