Flip any website into the Upside Down with a pure gesture

A Stranger Things-inspired fan project that lets users flip their browser into the Upside Down with a simple hand gesture—just like Eleven (and now Will) can. • Try out more gestures • Don’t miss what appears after you activate your superpower

Hi everyone, As a huge Stranger Things fan for years, I’ve been using the show as a theme to test the limits of the latest AI coding tools and build cool, playful web experiments. Recently I made a small experiment that people who tried it told me is one of the coolest Stranger Things fan experiences they’ve seen. It lets you flip (almost) any webpage into the Upside Down with a simple hand gesture. How to play: - Toggle “Eleven Mode” → allow camera permission → show a palm (then try some other hand gestures) to trigger the effect. - Download the chrome extension and activate it, then you will be able to flip any site and prank your friends! Privacy: On device gesture detection only. No recording, no upload. Disclaimer: Unofficial fan made project for entertainment only. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Netflix, the Duffer Brothers, or the creators of Stranger Things. Feedback I’m looking for: • Was the onboarding clear within the first 10 seconds • Any performance issues or ideas for lightweight “Upside Down” effects • Did you find any easter eggs, and which one was your favorite Looking forward to hearing some feedback!

I appreciate how Stranger Browsers focuses on curiosity and discovery rather than algorithmic feeds. Creating a browsing experience that encourages playful exploration could be a refreshing alternative to ads and recommendations. Well done on shipping this on Product Hunt
