The "somewhere you're supposed to be growing" line came from staring at exactly the problem you're describing — context fragmented across tabs that should have been one workflow. If you're running a small business + side SaaS, the part I'd love your honest take on is whether Custom Operations actually fits a non-template workflow you have today (something where most CRMs make you bend). A few hours in. The thing I'd actually love from anyone who clicks isn't votes — it's three things:
1. The moment in the demo where you got lost or skimmed.
2. The feature you expected to find and didn't.
3. The reason you'd close the tab without signing up.
