A catalogue of software and data for people who manage their own money: market data APIs, screeners, portfolio trackers, backtesting frameworks, MCP servers for AI agents and more. 199 products in 13 categories, each described in the same blocks (pricing, access, coverage, capabilities) with its own verification date. Plus guides to exchange data fees and how-tos that say where the naive approach breaks.
Hi Product Hunt 👋
I built StockMarketStack because comparing market data providers meant opening fifteen pricing pages that each describe themselves differently. Here every product fills in the same blocks: pricing, free-tier limits, coverage, latency, interfaces. Two cards read side by side without translating.
A few things I care about:
• A blank field means "not verified", never "zero". Each block carries its own check date.
• Sponsorship never buys sort order, ratings or placement in a listing.
• Every page has a plain-Markdown twin (add .md to any URL) for AI agents.
• Guides cover the part vendors don't tell you, like why a US real-time feed is licensed per display device.
