A meditation app built for the worst moments

Most meditation apps sell morning calm. Stillee is built for the panic attack and the 3 AM wake-up. One tap opens the panic flow with the breathing already moving, and a dim 3 AM mode keeps the clock off the screen. The panic flow and the 3 AM tracks are free, forever. The subscription is the practice: ten programs, including an eight-week course built on the MBSR curriculum. iPhone only for now. Not therapy: every panic screen keeps a crisis line in view.

Hi Product Hunt, I'm Allan, one of the small team in Portugal behind Stillee.
Stillee started at 3 AM. Every meditation app on the phone offered a library, a search bar and a bedtime voice to someone who was already wide awake. So we built for the moments most apps treat as edge cases: the panic attack in a parked car, and the 3 AM wake-up when your mind is already running tomorrow's meeting.
Our business model fits in one line: we charge for the calm you build, never for the crisis you're in.
The rescue is free, forever. One tap opens the panic flow with the breathing already moving. It asks what's happening, racing, drifting or spiraling, and takes you to the breath, a reality anchor or your senses. Can't choose? After four seconds it picks for you. The default breath is cyclic sighing, which beat mindfulness on mood in a 2023 Stanford randomized trial. When you tap "I'm back.", a quiet aftermath plays instead of the home screen. We don't promise to stop a panic attack. We stay with you through it.
3 AM gets its own mode. It's dim, there's no clock on the screen, and the tracks use cyclic sighing, cognitive shuffle, paradoxical intention and NSDR. Every track fades to silence instead of ending. The 3 AM tracks are free too.
The practice is what we charge for: ten programs, including an eight-week course built on the MBSR curriculum, and the full library. And the app never starts a sales pitch while you're in the panic flow, between 1 and 5 AM, in the middle of a session or right after a low-mood check-in.
No engagement traps. No 11 PM badges, no "your streak is at risk" notifications, no leaderboard.
Your journal is yours. Entries are encrypted at rest, and session replay is off on the panic, sleep and journal screens.
iPhone only for now, and Android is planned. Stillee isn't therapy, and every panic screen keeps a crisis line for your country in view.
I'll be here all day. We'd especially value feedback from people who know what 3 AM feels like.
