StemSplitterLab splits a song into six stems (vocals, drums, bass, guitar, piano, other) right in your browser. Your audio is not uploaded. Mute the part you play, then loop a phrase, slow it down without changing pitch, transpose, and practice with a metronome and count-in. Export the mix as WAV or MP3, or a single stem as WAV. Free, no account. A 136 MB model downloads once after the page opens and is cached. Guitar and piano stems are less clean.

Hi Product Hunt, I'm Zen, a music arranger, and I made StemSplitterLab.
It's built for one use case: muting one part of a song, like the vocals or the bass, and playing along with the rest, without uploading the song to a server. The split runs in your browser.
- Splits a song into six stems: vocals, drums, bass, guitar, piano and other.
- On the same page: mute or solo stems, loop a section, slow it down without changing pitch, metronome and count-in.
- Export the mix as WAV or MP3, or a single stem as WAV.
- Free, no account.
A few things to know:
- The 136 MB model starts downloading a moment after the splitter page opens, unless data saver is on, and is cached after the first download.
- The site uses cookieless analytics. Your audio isn't sent anywhere.
- Guitar and piano stems are less clean than vocals, drums and bass.
I'd like your feedback: where did the split fall short on your songs, and what's missing from the practice tools?
