That question is why we built StellaJourney.
There are three of us. Two spent twenty years building websites and business software for small and medium businesses. One ran cabinet-making jobs.
Different industries, same problem.
For us, it might be an email from a client a few weeks into a website build. In the workshop, it might be a phone call somewhere between the deposit and the install date.
Behind it was usually the same mess: a file sitting in one person's inbox, a client being chased twice because two people picked up the same thread, or nobody quite knowing who was waiting on whom.
Everyone was doing their best in tools that were never really built for the people paying them.
So we built StellaJourney, a shared client portal for agencies and service businesses that gives your team and your clients one place to see what's happening, what's needed, and who needs to act next.
How it works:
• Each engagement becomes a journey with its own tasks, forms, file requests and discussions
• Clients see exactly what's waiting on them and upload files into named slots instead of email threads
• Owners, due dates and statuses make it clear who acts next, on both sides
