Today I’m starting to build something new alongside Stay Sober Anyway: a corporate version focused on preventative sobriety and workplace culture. Most companies only respond when alcohol becomes a crisis. But millions of employees are quietly using alcohol to cope with stress, burnout, anxiety and disconnection long before it reaches that point. I believe workplace wellness needs to evolve. The vision is a modern platform that helps organizations support sober curious employees and healthier habits through: • private wellbeing tools • milestone tracking • sober networking & culture • gamified progress • stigma-free support Not rehab. Not corporate lectures. A modern preventative approach designed for today’s workforce. Especially as younger generations continue drinking less and questioning traditional workplace drinking culture. Still early. Still building. But I genuinely think this conversation is long overdue.
