Stateside is a platform for international investors buying US real estate. Most tools assume you are American. We do not. We give foreign buyers the education and analysis they actually need as non-residents, covering FIRPTA, LLC structure, DSCR loans, deal analysis, and document review. Independent, honest, and built for the investor, not the lender.
I started noticing this problem while researching US real estate as a European economics student. Every tool, calculator, and guide I found assumed you were American. The moment you are a foreign national the entire experience breaks down. Nobody explains FIRPTA clearly, nobody tells you DSCR loans exist, and nobody builds the non-resident tax layer into the returns they show you.I got frustrated enough that I started building Stateside. The goal is simple. Give international investors the education and analysis they actually need as non-residents, before they speak to a single lender or agent. Independent, honest, and built for the investor rather than the lender.
