Why I built this: every month I watched freelancers and small business owners manually retype bank and invoice PDFs into Excel. Existing tools either locked you into a subscription, required uploading sensitive documents to a server, or mangled the table layout. StatementToExcel runs locally in the browser, keeps your PDF on your device, and outputs a clean spreadsheet in seconds. The paid plan just removes the 5-file limit.
