Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I spent the last few months working with the likes of Manychat, Tapclicks, Kissflow and 28 other B2B startups on educating their customers. And after a rollercoaster ride, I have come to a conclusion. . . . . . . Wait for it…. There is no cookie-cutter approach 🍪 And this is exactly the reason I curated this Startup Academy Directory with @Sumeru. A 50+ academy list that has interviews with their creators and an in-depth analysis that measures them on critical data points. Basically, industry secrets no one talks about. We all know about Customer Success and see tons of products here for CS, but what in the name of Churnjesus is Customer Education? 🤔 Smart companies like Asana, Hubspot, Heap etc, invest heavily in educating their customers. Many go on to create "Academies" where you can learn anything from product marketing to API automation. I've been studying these Academies for years, and decided to team up with @rishabh_bhandari to make this directory for you We had a ton of funny building it and chatting with great Academy builders from all over the world!
