Used Startplaying.Games to find a DM for my kid and his friends to play together during Covid. A managed marketplace for DMs seems perfectly timed given the rise of D&D and the need to connect online right now.

StartPlaying has allowed me to connect with other players and Dungeon Masters in more ways than any other platform I've tried. The developers are extremely communicative and are invested in the growth of this platform. Also great to know that each is truly a fan of gaming as they are active on the site. I used StartPlaying with a couple different DMs, 1 with a group of friends and another just me and 1 friend and both have been awesome. One has turned into a frequent gathering when we all have time and the other had turned into to a full fledge campaign. DMs and site staff are super chill and friendly and I've net some awesome players along with. Would definitely give it a try!

I use startplaying daily as a Professional Dungeon Master I have I find this is a wonderful tool. I can list my open games, or create listings for potential groups. It really has been a huge time saver and networking tool.

Within a week of setting up my game on their website I had filled 6 seats. The website makes everything easy and safe for players and DM's. I would recommend to anyone trying to make a career out of tabletop games or to any players who want a professional experience for their tabletop games.
