Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Rowan, and I built STARPRIZM solo as a side project. It started with something simple: my friend and I wanted to rate our favorite games using star ratings. So I searched for a "star rating maker" site online — and found nothing. Everything that came up was either a rigid review format (movies, books, games) or too locked-down to let me freely add and edit my own items and criteria. So I built it myself. I love TierMaker, and I still use it for quick fun tier lists. But I wanted something that felt less like "make one list and you're done," and more like a space that keeps growing — where the aggregate results from everyone's votes actually mean something over time. You can also attach YouTube videos to items, not just images. Some things you can do with STARPRIZM: - Create a room around any topic, with your own custom rating criteria - Keep adding new items or criteria even after people start voting - See aggregated results and how your taste compares to the crowd - Make a room private with a password for just your friend group This is still very early days, and I built it entirely on my own — so I'd genuinely love to hear what's confusing, what's missing, or what you'd want to see next.
