StackHandoff is a peer-to-peer desktop app that lets developers continue an active workspace on another computer. It captures projects, Git branches, uncommitted changes, apps, runtimes, tools, and environment requirements as a portable manifest—then securely restores them on the destination machine. No cloud account, no central server, and every restore step is reviewed before it runs. Mac ↔ Windows, encrypted by design, open source.
