StackCheck queries live job postings to show real tech skill demand and salary distributions. Instead of relying on annual surveys or paywalled aggregators, it runs locally on your machine and stores everything in a local SQLite database. The parser weights skills by where they appear in a job description, filtering out incidental mentions. Built with Python, Streamlit, and SQLite, it also ships as a standalone binary for Linux, macOS, and Windows without external dependencies.
