SquadTune

Hey thanks for checking out Squad Tune! This is a photo editor designed specifically for group photos. It makes it easy to add missing people or remove someone. It's perfect for updating team photos, family photos, and portraits. SquadTune can even adjust facial expressions to fix smiles and closed eyes. Technical Details: The overall development time was around four months. I started with v0 to block out the UI in React JS, then used 01-preview and Claude to help guide the core development. Although 01-preview is amazing this still took most of the time, tons of iterations and incrementally adding features. For the backend I used SDXL to handle in-painting/out-painting and Sam2 for background removal, with everything hosted on RunPod for inference. If you have any questions or feedback, let me know!
