One live canvas for agile engineering orgs: squads, tribes and alliances, with the people on them. See who is away, who is split across two squads and which seats are open. Cost per squad, OKRs and ceremony clashes read from the same model.

Hi Product Hunt,
I am an engineering manager, and in any given week I am responsible for several teams at once. The thing I could never keep current was not the code, it was the shape of the org: who sits where, what each team is carrying, and what it costs. That answer lived across a spreadsheet, a miro board, a wiki page and a few Slack threads, and it was out of date the moment I finished assembling it. Every quarter I rebuilt the same view by hand.
Squado is the tool I wanted for my own teams. One live canvas with squads, tribes and alliances, and the people on them. Drag someone into another squad and choose whether they transfer or stay on both. The signals ride on the faces: who is away, who is split across two squads, which seats are still open. Set hourly rates by role once and cost rolls up per squad, tribe and alliance. OKRs sit on the squads that own them. The ceremony calendar flags the clashes nobody notices until someone misses a meeting.
There is a full demo you can open without an account: https://app.squado.io/demo
It has a fictional fintech org already on the canvas, 10 squads and the people on them.
I built this alone and I would genuinely like to know where it falls short for how your org is structured. If you run chapters and guilds, or nothing like them, I want to hear it.
