Hey Product Hunt, I’m Normunds, the maker of SpyReel 👋
Which mobile games deserve a closer look—and what actually changed? That’s the question I built SpyReel around.
Research often means jumping between app stores, ad libraries and spreadsheets. SpyReel connects those observations so game designers, indie developers, publishers and user acquisition teams can investigate a game’s story in one place. The focus is casual, hybrid-casual and puzzle studios.
Here’s what you can do:
• Start with Pulse: a daily briefing connecting new releases, unusual ad activity, install growth and chart moves, with the evidence behind each finding.
• Find game references by type and mechanic, then explore their creatives, traction, market rollout and recorded history.
• Research playable ad creatives, related variants, and ads that persist, return or appear across networks.
• Follow games and studios in your Watchlist and get an optional weekly digest of changes.
The goal is to make the evidence easier to inspect. Ad activity is a reason to investigate, not proof that a game or creative is profitable.
You can try full Pro access for 14 days without a credit card.
I’d love feedback from people researching mobile games: what is the hardest signal to find today, and what would help you decide which game to study next?
Thanks for taking a look—I’ll be here to answer questions.
