It's not always easy to transition upper mgmt to tools like Asana. I'm using Sprintboards for simple, but thorough, status updates on major projects. Currently working on a front-end redesign for my company, and with a million tasks contained within that one Asana project, Sprintboards provides a clear snapshot of where I am, what major milestones to take note of & so on. Free-to-use & I believe they're still in beta.
