I switched to Spotify many years ago (from Apple Music) and I'm never going back. I love creating playlists and the small social aspects of it. It's got most of the music I need and I especially like the recommendations I get when creating a new playlist (based on songs already in there).

For the past couple of months, I've tried all competitors of Spotify. And no one else has a better discovery recommendation engine than them. One of the things that bugs me out is if I check out some random song, it decides that I have an interest in a genre that I don't listen to at all.

Spotify is the best music and podcast streaming app out there! I love how the algorithm somehow always manages to find new songs and artists that exactly match my taste. Also, the Smart Shuffle was such a good innovation - it prevents my playlists from getting boring, and I discover great artists every day! :)

I love the platform to listen high quality songs. The recent experience is related with the customer care service where an advisor was failed to address the issues in real time. I think you have to train your advisor to handle the issues so effectively.

My account got hacked and the hacker was communicating with me through song titles. Since my account was linked to facebook they also started messaging my sister to communicate with me. Their security needs a massive improvement.
