Hi Product Hunt 👋 I’m Max, Designer at Sponda.
We originally built Qualtive.ai to help digital product teams gather in-app feedback. But over time, we realized there was a massive blind spot for businesses operating in the physical world.
If you run a hotel, a conference, or a physical venue, feedback usually comes way too late. You’re stuck relying on a post-visit email survey that only goes to the person who paid the bill, or you find out about a bad experience through a 1-star TripAdvisor review days later.
We wanted to take the fast, contextual feedback loops we built for software and bring them IRL. That’s Sponda.
It lets you capture in-the-moment, plain-text feedback via QR codes placed around your physical space. The goal is to give you a chance to fix things before the customer even leaves the building.
A few things that make it work:
Fix bad experiences: If someone is unhappy, you can catch it and fix it privately instead of reading about it on public channels later.
Hearing from the whole group: Since anyone can scan a code, you get feedback from everyone in the party, not just the one person who made the booking.
Direct replies: You can chat directly with the guest. (e.g., Guest: "Breakfast is great, but I missed oat milk." Staff: "Thanks for letting us know, we'll put it out tomorrow.") It's a really easy way to turn an okay experience into a great one.
Automated routing & summaries: You don't have to read hundreds of comments. Sponda groups the text into "What's good" and "What needs improvement," and filters it by department (Reception, Spa, Housekeeping) so the right staff sees it instantly.
We’re currently helping businesses get set up and running completely free of charge.
I’ll be hanging out in the comments all day. Have you ever had a frustrating experience at a hotel or venue where you wished you could just text the staff to fix it? Would love to hear your thoughts on the product!
