Hi Product Hunt! I built SplitSlash because splitting a dinner bill equally never feels fair: someone ordered a starter, someone skipped dessert, and the math gets awkward fast.
SplitSlash lets you scan a receipt, review the extracted items, tax, tip and discounts, then assign each item to the friends who shared it. It also covers quick expenses with equal, exact or percentage splits, so roommates and trips are handled too. It tracks who paid and who owes what, and you can record settlements as you go.
A few things worth knowing:
Scan results are a starting point. You review and correct anything before saving.
It doesn't move money. Pay however you like, then record the settlement.
The free plan includes 10 receipt scans a month. Premium adds unlimited scans, currency conversion and PDF statements.
Available on iPhone and Android.
Feedback that would help most: how accurate the scan feels on your messiest receipts, and what's missing for your group, roommate or trip setup. I'll be here all day to answer questions.
