The fix has always been to split the fee with another agency, but doing it by hand means LinkedIn groups, cold DMs, trust issues, and messy paperwork. Split Fee brings that online for UK agencies. You add your candidates and vacancies, we match them against every other agency on the network by skills, location, salary and seniority, and identities stay hidden until both sides accept. Terms are agreed up front, and when a placement completes we generate the invoice and split the fee automatically. We ran invite-only while we onboarded the first agencies, and today it's open to any UK recruitment agency.
