Spendara started with a simple observation: managing everyday spending is way more complicated than it should be. We all buy things. We make shopping lists, compare prices, discover new products, visit different shops, split expenses, and try to keep track of what we're spending. Yet most of the tools available focus on one small part of that journey. I wanted to build something that brought more of it together. The original idea was much simpler than what Spendara became. I was thinking about how people could make better purchasing decisions without having to constantly jump between notes, spreadsheets, shopping apps, price comparisons and messaging apps. The more I worked on it, the more I realized that shopping isn't just a transaction — it's a whole process. So Spendara evolved into a place where you can discover products, organize shopping lists, set budgets, collaborate with others, find shops, and eventually connect with the communities and businesses around the things you buy.
