SPECTRA strips away the visual noise of conventional weather apps and renders atmospheric conditions as real-time generative art. Six dynamic modes: beam (clear), precipitation lines (rain), noise field (clouds), lightning (storms), vortex (wind), particles (snow). Each visualization responds to live weather data—intensity, density, motion. The clear-sky beam tracks actual solar position, widening at noon and narrowing at dusk. No icons. No charts. Just atmospheric presence.
