Spacetile tiles windows as they open, on the Desktops you already have. A Focus, a display or a shortcut brings your whole setup back. Full screen and Split View keep working. £20 (about $27), one-time, includes VAT. 14-day Trial with every feature on.

Hi Product Hunt, I'm Alistair, and I build Spacetile at Kodehort, my one-person company in England.
I wanted my Mac to tile windows for me without giving up Mission Control. The tilers I tried made me choose. yabai tiles real Spaces, but some of its features need SIP partly turned off, which means a restart into Recovery and redoing it after macOS updates. AeroSpace is excellent and free, but it keeps workspaces of its own and hides windows off screen instead of using Spaces. Both are good tools and plenty of people should stay on them.
Spacetile tiles the Spaces Mission Control shows, with SIP on. So full screen, Split View, swiping between Desktops and the green button's tiling all keep working, and Spacetile re-tiles around whatever macOS did.
A few things I use every day:
⌥1 to ⌥0 switch Desktops instantly, with no slide animation.
Profiles save which apps go on which Desktop and how each one tiles. A Focus can apply one, so turning on Writing lays out my editor and notes and hides the rest. A meeting starts and my video conference and note taking app are side by side.
Drag a window onto another tile to swap or insert, or drag the gap between tiles to resize both.
Every action is also a text command, from the `spacetile` command line, the config file or Raycast.
What it can't do with SIP on: create, delete or reorder Spaces, change another app's window opacity, or show a window on every Space. You add Desktops in Mission Control instead.
It's £20 (about $27), one-time, includes VAT, and needs a Mac with Apple silicon on macOS 26 or later. The 14-day Trial starts when you first open it and has every feature on. The source is public, so you can read it and build it yourself: it's source-available, auditable, not open source. Every copy needs a Licence, self-built ones included.
I'm here all day. Ask me anything, and if something breaks, tell me and I'll look at it today.
