Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I'm excited to share what started as a conversation with a few business owner friends who were drowning in spreadsheets and overflowing inboxes. They were juggling multiple tools: one for contracts, another for invoicing, Google Drive for files, email for communication, and spreadsheets to track it all. The frustration was real clients would ask "where's that document?" and they'd spend 20 minutes hunting through email threads. I thought: "What if there was ONE place where service businesses could manage everything?" That's how Client Portal was born. I wanted to build something that would: - Give each client their own branded portal (no more "which folder was that in?") - Generate contracts with AI and get them signed instantly - Track projects, tasks, and deadlines in real-time - Handle payments automatically - Keep all files and communication organized What evolved during the build: - Started as a simple file sharing tool, but quickly realized clients needed the full picture - Added AI contract generation when I saw how much time my friends spent on paperwork - Built in white-labeling because agencies wanted to keep their branding - Made it multilingual (9 languages!) for global teams The biggest learning? Clients don't just want tools—they want to impress THEIR clients. That's why we focused on making everything beautiful and branded.
