The pitch about owning your data is solid, but I'd love to see a built-in memory feature that lets the AI remember context across sessions locally. Right now most tools reset every conversation, and having persistent project context stored on-device would actually deliver on the "sovereign" promise.
Love the offline angle, would love to see a simple way to plug in my own custom knowledge base or documents so the AI can reference them directly. That would make this feel truly mine instead of just another chat box.
