It puts the real buyer questions in your category to ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini through their APIs and reads the answers back: your mention rate, who gets named instead of you, and the answers word for word. That part is free.

One thing we will not do is guess. Every number comes from a real API call. We never ask one model what another would probably say, and every report states what we asked and when.

Happy to answer anything, including where it is weakest. The honest one: this is a crowded category and plenty of tools measure. The part we think matters is doing the fixing afterwards and checking next month whether it shipped.
