Airtime was developed and released as free and open-source software, subject to the requirements of the GNU General Public License until it was changed to GNU Affero General Public License.

They are re-launching it and that's why I decided to push it here. Airtime lets you take total control of your radio station via the web. You can build smart playlists and mix live content with scheduled shows for truly professional radio content.

I'm a co-founder at @Sourcefabric, and we have nothing to do with Airtime.com; we launched our Airtime software for radio automation several months before the launch of Sean Parker's thingy. But we're still going strong with our Airtime, and this week's relaunch shows it. Luckily for us, the quick collapse of Parker's Airtime meant that we didn't have to deal with too much brand confusion at that time; we registered our trademark before they did, and in the end it all worked out OK.
