This is a complete scam. If you sign up using your credit card there is NO way to have the sub cancelled. There is no option on their web-site to cancel. I had to do some searching online and found that you are supposed to email their customer service and fill out a cancellation form. They say they will send you a confirmation email once they cancel your sub. I have contacted them 3 different times and they just keep sending the exact same email back to me. I filled out the form 3 times now and still they will not cancel my sub. I have now gotten my credit card company to do a stop payment on them, as it was the only way to try to make sure this sub gets ended. I only ended up using this ai generator to make one picture and when I seen the pathetic quality they were offering for the cost I immediately tried to cancel and have been fighting to get it cancelled now for nearly a month. This is nothing but a scam...STAY AWAY!

Unable to find or cancel subscription, no answer by email or discord even after sending the google form required They make you go through PayPal even if you don’t have a PayPal account (instead of a normal credit card payment) If you want to cancel your credit card to stop paying then go ahead and subscribe The product itself is ok, the look alike feature is creative , but I can’t support a process that’s bordering on scam and provides no support or cancel option.

Decided to give it a try last night. Decent images but incredibly overpriced. 60 credits for £10 which you use in about an hour. (They advertise the £10 for a month access which is a LIE) Going back to other competitors as they offer more value for money. Additionally they have a complex borderline fraudulent structure to charge you for payment. Credit card details through paypal. Hardt o cancel. I have email them directly. They have sent me a form to fill up in order to stop the recurrent payment which I have. I'm not gonna take any chances with this people and speak both Paypal and my credit card providers to stop any payments and block this company. Smells really scammy. Beware!
