This is a complete scam. If you sign up using your credit card there is NO way to have the sub cancelled. There is no option on their web-site to cancel. I had to do some searching online and found that you are supposed to email their customer service and fill out a cancellation form. They say they will send you a confirmation email once they cancel your sub. I have contacted them 3 different times and they just keep sending the exact same email back to me. I filled out the form 3 times now and still they will not cancel my sub. I have now gotten my credit card company to do a stop payment on them, as it was the only way to try to make sure this sub gets ended. I only ended up using this ai generator to make one picture and when I seen the pathetic quality they were offering for the cost I immediately tried to cancel and have been fighting to get it cancelled now for nearly a month. This is nothing but a scam...STAY AWAY!
